The Maven herself
I have been creating preserved rose arrangements in Boston since 2019. What began with one bouquet has grown into The Rose Maven, with more than a thousand orders behind it and thousands of roses arranged by hand.
For your private rose workshop, I bring that same hands-on approach to the table. I guide your group through the process, help with color and design choices, and make sure no one is left staring suspiciously at a rose wondering what on earth comes next.
You do not need to be creative, crafty, or experienced. My job is to make the process feel easy enough to enjoy while still leaving room for each arrangement to become completely its own.

Do we need experience, and what will we make?
None at all. I guide your group through the preserved rose arranging process from beginning to end, so no floral design or crafting experience is needed. Each guest creates her own arrangement using real preserved roses and takes the finished piece home to enjoy for a year or more with proper care.
What happens during the workshop, and how long does it last?
Plan for approximately two hours. Your group chooses colors, arranges preserved roses, and builds individual pieces while I guide the process. All floral materials and tools are provided, and the pace is intentionally unhurried so there is room to create, talk, and enjoy the time together.
What kinds of groups can book, and can we make it our own?
Private Rose Maven workshops are designed for girls’ nights, birthdays, bridal gatherings, church and women’s groups, mothers and daughters, retreats, team gatherings, and small celebrations. The preserved rose experience stays at the center, but the details can be shaped around your occasion and the kind of gathering you want to create.
Where can we host it, and how many people can attend?
Private workshops can take place at a home, church, office, venue, or another suitable gathering space selected by the host. Groups of around 8 to 10 guests are ideal for the intimate, hands-on format, although slightly smaller or larger groups may be possible. Share your location and expected guest count when you inquire and I will confirm what works best.
How do I book a private rose workshop?
Send a private workshop request with your preferred date, approximate group size, occasion, and location. I will follow up with availability and the details for your gathering. Sending an inquiry does not commit you to a booking.
