An evening with
The Rose Maven
Slow down for a few hours, make something with your own hands, and take it home with you. You learn the art of preserved roses, you have a glass and good company while you work, and you leave with a piece you arranged yourself. Every guest tells me the same thing afterward. It was the most relaxed they had felt in weeks.
Come make something beautiful
No experience needed, and nothing to bring. Just show up and everything is ready for you. You spend the evening learning the art of preserved rose arrangements, and you leave with something you made yourself. Most people walk in carrying a long week. They walk out lighter.
You make it yourself
You choose your roses and your colors, and I am beside you through every step. The piece you take home is one you arranged, not one handed to you finished.
You slow all the way down
There is a glass poured and no clock to race. This is an evening to breathe, the kind of quiet that is hard to come by, and you are welcome to linger after you finish.
You take it home
Your finished arrangement is yours to keep, real preserved roses that last a year or more. A small reminder of an evening that was only for you.
A parting gift,
carefully curated
Every guest leaves with a few things I thoughtfully select, which is to say nothing ordinary gets in. This was the parting gift from our very first evening. The next one will be its own surprise. Join us to find out what it holds.
- โฆAlways something special
- โฆAlways presented in a keepsake worth keeping
- โฆAlways a surprise, never the same twice

The Maven herself
I have been making preserved rose arrangements in Boston since 2019, and what began as one woman saving a single bouquet has grown into something with over a thousand orders behind it and a partnership with the City of Boston.
At the table you have my full attention and my honest eye on your color choices. I pack every order myself. I answer all messages. The evening is run the same way, by me, in a small room, with no part of it handed off to anyone else.
Expect a relaxed evening, good conversation, a parting gift, and something beautiful at the end of it.
Apply for a seat
I keep these evenings small, just a handful of seats, so I can give each guest real attention and an unhurried pace. Because the table is small, seats go by application. Add your name, and when the next evening comes together you will be among the first I reach out to. There is no obligation in applying. It only means you are first to know.
What guests say
"Elle is AMAZING. She delivered right to me within 10 minutes. Outstanding service. Thank you for enhancing my mom's 65th birthday."
"I'm blown away at how gorgeous everything is. Made beautifully and clearly with care. Would buy again 10/10!"
"The attention to detail is out of this world. Elle went beyond expectations. I wish I could give a million stars."
Honest answers
Still have a question? Message @therosemaven on Instagram. It comes straight to me.
Do I need any experience?
None at all. I walk you through every step. The whole point is that you leave having made something yourself, even if you have never arranged flowers before.
What does applying actually mean?
It means you put your name on the list. I do not run these on a fixed calendar, so when a date comes together I reach out to the list first. There is no obligation when you apply. You are simply first to know.
How long is the evening?
Plan for roughly two hours. The pace is slow on purpose. Refreshments are included, and you are welcome to stay and talk after you finish your piece.
What will I make?
You work with real preserved Ecuadorian roses in a glass case, similar to the pieces in the shop. You choose your colors and your style with my guidance, so what you leave with is yours, not a kit.
Why so few seats?
Because I cannot give you my honest attention across a crowded room. A small table is the only way the evening stays what it is meant to be. It is a choice, not a limitation.
Can I come with someone?
Yes. Put both names down when you apply and I will hold seats together if there is room. These evenings are lovely with a friend, a sister, or your mother.
Join the list
When the next evening comes together, the people on the list hear first. Add your name and you will know before anyone else.
