Elle always dreamed big. As a Summa Cum Laude graduate from UMass Boston, she envisioned herself as a Chief of Staff by 35—but life had other plans. After six years at a global company, an unexpected layoff forced her to reconsider everything.
The job market wasn’t kind. Despite her skills, she was only offered administrative roles—a reality many Latinas face in corporate spaces. But Elle refused to let that define her. Instead of settling, she bet on herself.
The Birth of The Rose Maven
In 2019, she turned adversity into opportunity, launching The Rose Maven, a luxury brand specializing in preserved roses that last over a year. With her passion for beauty and creating meaningful moments, Elle built more than a business—she built a brand that helps people celebrate love, joy, and lasting memories.
Turning Struggles Into Strength
Elle’s entrepreneurial journey wasn’t just about business—it was about overcoming personal battles. Struggling with anxiety and depression, she found solace in her work. The Rose Maven became her creative sanctuary—a space where she could channel her resilience, creativity, and purpose.
